DUO SHAPE films combine material savings and defined load securement. They are characterized by high puncture and tear resistance, great film bonding, quiet unrolling and excellent adhesion. Mirror-smooth exteriors create the best conditions for efficient loading processes. The patented double edge offers improved edge protection and excellent load unit stability. DUO SHAPE stretch films are available as machine stretch films and hand stretch films – also bio-based, or with recyclate from used films (PCR). Thanks to our high-tech formulas, even our thinnest films with just 5.5 µm are very safe for most applications. We offer wraps with a thickness of up to 10 µm for heavy loads. These are also suitable for older machines or for switching from non-pre-stretched films to pre-stretched films. Our DUO SHAPE is also available as a bio-based variant with 80% PE from tall oil, or with 30% recyclate from used films – with proven DUO PLAST quality.
