DUO PLAST AG WELCOMES NEW APPRENTICES

Lauterbach/Suenna – Three young apprentices had a successful start into ther working lives and started their apprenticeship at the packaging film manufacturer DUO PLAST.

Chairman of the Executive Board Dr. Christian Rohm and Eva Pakulla, responsible for training, welcomed the trainees on their first day in Lauterbach. “We are delighted that you have decided to train at DUO PLAST and that you want to help shape the future of DUO PLAST,” said Dr. Christan Rohm. “Ahead of you lies a new phase in your life with many new challenges, in which we would like to support you. We wish you much success with us and all the best for your professional career.”

Six apprentices and one dual student have started their training as industrial clerks, packaging technologists, IT specialists, electronics technicians and Bachelor of Arts. They are being trained in cooperation with local vocational schools and the Technical University of Central Hesse at the company’s sites in Lauterbach and Sünna. In addition to the technical training in the various departments, there are regular in-house classes and targeted further training measures. DUO PLAST currently employs a total of thirteen trainees and three dual students.

DUO PLAST has already started the application process for the start of training in 2016. Applications are gladly accepted. At www.duoplast.ag/ausbildung, interested students can find out about the various apprenticeships and qualification requirements.
